Q. If I decide to go to one of these groups, how many meetings do I need to attend?
A. There are no attendance requirements. Anyone can come to a meeting at any time. You can come and go as you please. You do the work when you are ready. There is no force in it from others. Motivation for doing spiritual work comes from your own experience and pain. In this way, growth is natural. However, as with yoga classes or any spiritual discipline, the more you put in, the more you take out.
